Nutrition Society Statistics Workshop

This workshop is aimed at those who have a basic knowledge of statistical concepts but who are looking to improve and more effectively apply their knowledge to research.

Please note: In order to attend, you will require at least a BSc level training in basic statistics and participants will be required to bring their own laptops in order to participate in the practical sessions.

The objective of this workshop is to cover important topics in statistics for nutrition research and aims to enable delegates to:
• Clearly define variables
• Make informed decisions in the design and analysis of research
• Effectively present and share data using reporting methods

The programme will include a mix of both practical and theoretical sessions with a limited number of spaces to allow time for interaction between presenters and participants.
