The International Vitamin Conference will recognise the importance of vitamins both water and fat soluble in human health. It is over a hundred years since the discovery of vitamins when it was a major scientific achievement in our understanding of health and disease.

The 5th International Vitamin Conference is aimed at vitamin researchers in the world especially chemists, geneticists, nutritionists, dietitians, epidemiologists, clinicians, food scientists and physiologists.
